The California Riviera CC&R’s apply to all properties within the association, but annual HOA dues are optional. The Association encourages homeowners to pay annual dues to gain benefits such as lower architectural fees, priority access to community events, and to help fund the events that strengthen community connection among residents, and to be a voting member at annual Board of Directors elections.
Each year, members (paid due members) of the association elect Board Members to fulfill Board Officer and Member-at-Large positions. Board Members are volunteers who reside in CRHOA. They devote their time to represent homeowner matters through the enforcement of the CC&Rs, Bylaws, and Articles of Incorporation that govern the actions of the association.
